01 / Manifesto

Some organizations know exactly what transformation they want to create.

The challenge is not the cause.
It is finding the form.

I develop projects that connect strategy, culture, art and experience to transform ideas into initiatives capable of generating real impact.

I begin with deep listening to a cause, a territory or an organization to conceive original formats — a film, a residency, an exhibition, a laboratory, an experience or a long-term program.

It is not only about producing a cultural action. It is about discovering the form that can make an intention understandable, sensitive, shareable and possible to realize.

02 / What I do

From intention to initiative.

The work can begin with an open question or with an idea that needs clarity, structure and language.

01

Cultural project development

Concept, purpose, audience, formats, stages and possibilities for realization.

02

Experience design

Encounters, immersions and journeys capable of transforming content into lived experience.

03

Impact programs

Initiatives that connect culture, education, territory and social transformation.

04

Institutional narratives

Narrative strategies that translate causes, stories and values without losing complexity.

05

Residencies and laboratories

Designing environments for research, creation, exchange and knowledge production.

06

Exhibitions and documentaries

Audiovisual and exhibition projects conceived as spaces for encounter and reflection.

07

Engagement strategies

Ways of bringing audiences, communities, partners and networks together around an initiative.

Deliverables are defined according to the nature and stage of each project.

03 / How I think

A method for finding the form.

Each project calls for a singular response. The process organizes creation without turning it into a formula.

01

Listen

Deeply understand the organization, the cause, the territory, the people involved and the desired transformation.

02

Investigate

Research references, contexts, behaviors, languages, opportunities and risks.

03

Connect

Connect culture, science, art, education, communication and experience to open new possibilities.

04

Conceive

Create a central idea and unfold it into coherent formats, narratives, audiences and experiences.

05

Materialize

Transform the concept into a clear, presentable project architecture ready to move forward.

Possible outcome

Strategic concept · institutional presentation · experience design · scope · macro timeline · partner map · funding and expansion possibilities
